InLight Capital, LLC (“InLight”) is a private investment firm based in Sugar Land, Texas. InLight’s permanent capital base allows us to pursue an objective of long duration compounded capital growth. InLight maintains flexibility and discretion of the amount, duration and objectives of its invested capital, allowing for efficient decision making and strategic alignment with all stakeholders.

- Deploy yield enhancing and beta reducing strategies opportunistically
- Small tactical allocations to high conviction investment ideas
Private Investments
- Predominantly consists of indirect and direct investments in private equity and private credit
- Private equity strategies include venture, growth and buy-out with greatest emphasis on growth and buy-out
- Seek opportunities to deploy capital into unique strategies with sponsor partners with strong track records and potential co-invest opportunities
- Selective control and non-control investments in partnership with strong management teams and typically serve to provide strategic advice and financial resources to drive growth
Real Estate
- Indirect and direct investments across most asset classes with an emphasis on multifamily and industrial
- Flexibility to participate across the capital structure from senior stretch, mezzanine/preferred equity through traditional equity
- Strategies include development, value-add, distressed and income
- Seek to make meaningful sponsor commitments and further support those relationships through co-investments, JV structures and co-GP structures
